Grilled Halibut with Onions & Avocado
If you are a die hard fan of seafood, you can’t miss on a fish like halibut. There’s a very simple way you can cook this fish. without overcooking it. The fillets can serve 2-3 people and added vegetables make the dish all the way more wholesome.
●Salt & pepper
●Rub halibut fillets with salt, pepper and onion.
●Spray hot grill with cooking spray oil.
●Place the coated fish on the grill and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
●Remove fish from the grill once grilled and cooked evenly. Don’t overcook the fish.
●Mix diced tomatoes with avocado, add salt and pepper and drizzle lime juice.
●Serve the fish with tomato salsa.
This halibut recipe is very simplistic and keeps the fish as fresh as possible. There are not too many spices involved, hence you can get a good taste of the fish with earthy vegetables.
